All orders are packed and sent out within 1-2 business days via DHL, USPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery within the USA is 2-5 business days, and 6-14 business days to Australia and the EU.

We accept returns on all products, Sale items included. All returns and exchanges must be posted within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition, with all tags, cards, and packaging intact. Email example@example.com to receive a unique RMA number before sending anything back.
Returns are reviewed within 4-7 business days of receiving your item. Once processed, please allow a further 1-3 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
The Handloom holds no liability for any additional import taxes or customs duties. If you choose to refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be responsible for the original delivery costs, any applicable duties or customs fees on both legs of the journey, and the cost of sending the parcel back. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Return shipments must be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We strongly advise adding insurance to your return parcel as we cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please pack items securely, as returns damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
